You are welcome to begin with an Initial Private Session before deciding whether ongoing sessions are right for you.

Sessions draw on Pranic Healing, a complementary, non-touch energy-based wellness practice.

The approach involves structured hand movements performed remotely, without physical contact. It is based on the belief that working with the body's energy supports wellbeing.

You remain fully clothed and comfortably seated in a quiet, private space of your choosing.

Some people describe relaxation or physical sensations during a session. Each person's experience is individual, and results vary.

There is no expectation to discuss personal matters beyond what you feel comfortable sharing.

Sessions are offered online, with limited availability and scheduling arranged individually.
