Executive Reset Studio operates within a private, professional structure. The following policies ensure clarity, consistency, and respect for scheduled engagements.
Appointments begin and conclude at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the session will still conclude as scheduled.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your appointment and no communication has been received, the session will be considered missed and charged in full.
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.
Changes may be made using the link provided in your confirmation email when more than 24 hours in advance, or by contacting the studio directly.
In the event of a genuine personal emergency, exceptions may be considered at the studio’s discretion.
Initial Reset Phases and other multi-session engagements are non-refundable once confirmed.
Sessions within a Reset Phase are expected to be used within six months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions are not refundable but may, with prior approval, be transferred to another individual.
