Scheduling & Professional Standards
Executive Reset Studio operates within a private, professional structure designed to support consistency, clarity, and a calm working environment for all clients.
Session Timing
Sessions begin and conclude at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, the session will still conclude as originally scheduled.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment and no communication has been received, the session will be considered missed and charged in full.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without notice, are charged in full.
Changes may be made using the link provided in your confirmation email when more than 24 hours in advance, or by contacting the studio directly.
In the event of a genuine personal emergency, exceptions may be considered at the studio’s discretion.
Vitality Reset Program
The Vitality Reset Program is a structured multi-session engagement intended to support continuity, restoration, and sustained recalibration over time.
Programs are non-refundable once confirmed.
Sessions included within a Vitality Reset Program are expected to be used within six months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Unused sessions are non-refundable but may, with prior approval, be transferred to another individual.

Non-Clinical Nature of Services
Executive Reset Studio provides non-invasive, non-clinical sessions intended to support vitality, resilience, cognitive clarity, and general well-being.
Services are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, or emergency care.
