Executive Reset Studio operates within a private, professional structure designed to provide a calm, consistent and respectful experience for every client.
Appointments are scheduled in advance and are available by appointment only.
The Initial Private Session is approximately 60 minutes and is booked and paid for in advance through our secure online booking system.
The fee is $225 CAD + HST.
Booking an Initial Private Session does not create any obligation to continue with additional sessions or the Vitality Reset Program.
Sessions begin and conclude at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the originally scheduled time.
If you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment and we have not heard from you, the appointment will be considered missed and the payment will be non-refundable.
We understand that plans sometimes change.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. If an appointment is cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice, the payment may be refunded or transferred to a new appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice and missed appointments are non-refundable.
When permitted by the booking system, appointments may be changed using the link provided in your confirmation email. You may also contact Executive Reset Studio directly if assistance is required.
If exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us. Exceptions may be considered at the studio's discretion.
The Vitality Reset Program consists of eight private sessions, generally completed over approximately four weeks, at a program fee of $1,600 CAD + HST.
The program is intended for clients who would like a more structured period of ongoing support following an Initial Private Session.
If you cancel the program before your first program session, the program fee will be refunded.
Once the program has begun, you may choose to discontinue at any time. Any sessions already provided will be recalculated at the regular private-session rate of $225 CAD + HST per session, and the remaining program balance will be refunded.
Program sessions are intended to be completed over approximately four weeks and must be used within six months of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Program sessions are intended for the individual enrolled in the program and are not transferable.
Individual appointments within the program remain subject to Executive Reset Studio's 24-hour cancellation and rescheduling policy. A late cancellation or missed appointment will be considered a used program session.
Payment arrangements for the Vitality Reset Program may be available when agreed in advance.

Executive Reset Studio services are not a substitute for care from appropriately qualified medical, psychological or other healthcare professionals. Clients should continue any care or treatment recommended by their qualified healthcare providers.
